The island is a distinctive micromarket. Unique shops make it a vibrant area, and many transactions take place between neighbors or by word-of-mouth. Very few apartments go on the market, especially on the quays. A property’s desirability is related to the view and location, with prices between 15,000 and 27,000 euros per square meter. Due to the scarcity of offerings, we sometimes work with clients over two years. Most of them are foreigners : British, Irish, Americans, and a growing number of Asians.
